目的：调查分析深圳市农民工多性伴侣与使用安全套情况。方法：选择研究对象239名，进行问卷式调查，了解其多性伴情况及使用安全套情况。结果：文化程度初中以下者、连续未与妻子同房时间超过3个月者、首次性行为年龄小于20岁者及首次性行为对象为非配偶存在多性伴侣的比例较高。文化程度初中以下者、首次性行为对象为非配偶以及仅有唯一性伴侣者使用安全套的比例低。结论：针对长期夫妻两地分居，文化程度低下，首次性行为年龄小于20岁，首次性行为性伴为非配偶的农民工存在多性伴侣比例增高，文化程度较低的首次性行为对象为非配偶者，是我们宣传使用安全套预防艾滋病的重点工作对象。%Objectives:To investigate the multiple sexual partners and condom using situation of migrant workers in Shenzhen.Methods:239 migrant workers were selected and surveyed with a questionnaire to understand their multiple sexual partners and condom using condition.Results:Migrant workers with junior school education or less,who had not had sexual life with their wives for more than three months and had their first sexual intercourse younger than 20 years old with women other than their spouse,were of higher risk to have multiple sexual partners.Those with junior school educa-tion or less,whose first sexual intercourse was not with their spouse and had only one sexual partner,were of higher risk of using condom.Conclusion:Migrant workers with low level of education,who have separated from their spouse for a long time and have their first sexual intercourse younger than 20 years old with women other than their spouse,are of high risk of having multiple sexual partners while those with low level of education and having their first sexual intercourse with women other than their spouse are the key focus of health education of ADIS prevention with condom.
