经方四逆散在男科临床上的运用

摘要

四逆散被誉为疏肝剂之祖方，具有疏气机、理肝脾之效，主治肝胆气机阻滞、脾胃升降受阻、阳热内郁等证。男科临床上，肝失疏泄、阳气郁遏之证颇为常见，多为四逆散治疗的适应症。笔者运用四逆散治疗男科疾病，取得较好疗效。%Si -ni -san is known as the origin medicine of the shugan decoction,with the effect of shuqi and smoothing the spleen and liver.The major function of it is to treat the block of qi in spleen and liver and depres-sion.Liver dysfunction and yang -qi blocking is very common in andrology,which are the indications of Si -ni -san.We use Si -ni -san in the treatment of male diseases and obtain good curative effect,which is introduced in the article.
