妊娠合并尖锐湿疣的临床诊治特点及其对妊娠结局的影响

摘要

目的：探究与分析妊娠合并尖锐湿疣的临床诊治特点及该病对妊娠结局的影响。方法：选取我院自2012年6月至2014年6月收治的80例妊娠合并尖锐湿疣患者作为观察组，另选择同时期收治的80例非妊娠合并尖锐湿疣患者作为对照组，均给予二氧化碳激光进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床表现、疣体表现、阴道伴随其他病原体感染情况、复发情况及妊娠结局。结果：对照组与观察组患者出现外阴瘙痒、灼痛及白带增多症状、发现外阴赘生物但无明显症状相比均无明显差异（χ2＝2.34，P ＞0.05；χ2＝2.58，P ＞0.05）。观察组与对照组患者在疣体单发、疣体直径≥0.5cm、疣体数量≥10个方面相比均具有显著差异（χχ2＝4.56，P ＜0.05；χ2＝4.23，P ＜0.05；χ2＝4.39，P ＜0.05）。观察组与对照组患者合并念珠菌具有显著差异（χ2＝3.98，P ＜0.05）。观察组与对照组患者不复发、复发≥3次均具有显著差异（χ2＝4.23，P ＜0.05；χ2＝5.12，P ＜0.05）。观察组患者均获得良好的妊娠结局，新生儿行常规体检未发现异常，未见生殖器乳头瘤或喉乳头瘤。结论：二氧化碳激光治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣具有一定的临床疗效，且尖锐湿疣对于患者的妊娠结局及新生儿不产生影响。%Objectives:To explore and analyze the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of preg-nancy with condyloma acuminatum and its influence pregnancy outcome.Methods:80 pregnant patients with condyloma acuminatum in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as observation group;other 80 health pregnant women were selected as control group.Both groups were given CO2 laser treatment.The clinical manifestations,the wart body performance,vagina with other pathogen infection,relapse and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were com-pared.Results:Both control group and observation group had symptoms of pruritus vulvae,burning pain and increased leucorrhea and vulva vegetations but without significant difference (χ2 =2.34,P >2.34,χ2 =2.58,P >0.05).Differ-ence in wart body single -shot,wart body diameter≥0.5 cm,the wart body number≥10 between the two groups was sig-nificant (χ2 =4.56,P <0.05;χ2 =4.23,P <0.05;χ2 =4.39,P <0.05).Difference in combined candida between the two groups was significant (χ2 =3.98,P <0.05).Difference in patients with no recurrence or relapse over three times between the two groups was significant (χ2 =4.23,P <0.05;χ2 =5.12,P <0.05).In the observation group,all pa-tients had good pregnancy outcomes,and no abnormalities,genitals papilloma or laryngeal papilloma was found in neo-natal routine medical examination.Conclusion:CO2 laser treatment has a certain curative effect in treating condyloma acuminatum,and has no influence on the pregnancy outcome and newborns.
