Objectives:To explore the influence of different surgery on the endocrine and sexual life quality of uterine leiomyomas patients.Methods:The 80 uterine leiomyomas patients in our hospital,including group A re-ceived hysterectomy (n =40)and group B received myomectomy (n =40)were respectively analyzed.The level of E2 ,P,LH and FSH in serum and sexual function between different groups were compared,to explore the influence on endocrine and quality of sexual life in different groups.Results:The postoperative level of E2 and P decreased significantly compared to preoperation (A group:t =14.561,16.798;P =0.014,0.026.B group:t =11.763, 15.861;P =0.031,0.019)in both groups,and the postoperative level of LH and FSH increased significantly compared to preoperation (A group:t =11.874,9.756;P =0.037,0.028.B group:t =12.314,8.479;P =0.043,0.036),the degree of decrease of E2 ,P(t =5.761,7.893;P =0.043,0.036)and the degree of increase of LH,FSH (t =4.198,5.693;P =0.026,0.041)was higher in A group than B group;the grade of sexual de-sire,sexual arousal,climax,sex psychology and sexual behavior in A group was lower after operation in A group compared to those before operation,the decrease in sexual desire,sexual arousal and sex psychology had statistically difference (t =1.457,1.146,1.189;P =0.032,0.026,0.044),and the grade in B group was higher in postop-eration compared to preoperation (t =4.798,3.315,4.156,5.513,4.591;P =0.024,0.032,0.027,0.034, 0.037),the postoperative grades of sexual desire,sexual arousal,climax,sex psychology and sexual behavior in B group were increased significantly compared to A group (t =4.156,3.571,4.441,2.674,3.474;P =0.014, 0.021,0.032,0.011,0.002).Conclusion:The myomectomy has lower effect on endocrine and the quality of sexual life of patients with uterine leiomyomas compared to hysterectomy.%目的：探讨不同手术方法对女性内分泌及性生活质量的影响。方法：回顾性分析于我院就诊并确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者80例，其中 A 组（施行全子宫切除术）40例，B 组（子宫肌瘤挖除术）40例。分别对两组不同术式的患者血清 E2、P、LH 和 FSH 水平和性功能做出评价，以探讨两种术式对患者内分泌和性生活质量的影响。结果：A、B 两组术后 E2、P 水平分别与术前相比显著降低（A 组：t ＝14.561，16.798；P ＝0.014，0.026。B 组：t ＝11.763，15.861；P ＝0.031，0.019），而 LH 和 FSH 水平分别与术前相比显著升高（A组：t ＝11.874，9.756；P ＝0.037，0.028。B 组：t ＝12.314，8.479；P ＝0.043，0.036），A 组与 B 组相比血清 E2、P 的降低程度（t ＝5.761，7.893；P ＝0.043，0.036）与 LH 和 FSH 的升高程度显著升高（t ＝4.198，5.693；P ＝0.026，0.041）；A 组术后性欲、性唤起、性高潮、性心理和性行为评分与术前相比显著均降低，其中性欲、性唤起和性心理差异具有统计学意义（t ＝1.457，1.146，1.189；P ＝0.032，0.026，0.044），B 组术后性欲、性唤起、性高潮、性心理和性行为评分与术前相比显著均升高（t ＝4.798，3.315，4.156，5.513，4.591；P ＝0.024，0.032，0.027，0.034，0.037），B 组患者术后性欲、性唤起、性高潮、性心理和性行为评分与 A 组患者术后相比均显著升高（t ＝4.156，3.571，4.441，2.674，3.474；P ＝0.014，0.021，0.032，0.011，0.002）。结论：子宫肌瘤切除术相对于全子宫切除术对患者内分泌紊乱程度和性生活质量影响较小。
