本文通过肺主魄、肺主气、肺主宣发肃降、肺朝百脉的生理特点以及结合现代医学生理学、病理学相关内容,对《黄帝内经》中肺与阳痿相关的理论进行剖析,认为无论是从中医还是现代医学角度,肺与阳痿的发生以及治疗都有密切关系;同时认为通过重温经典,对于更深刻地理解和掌握中医理论,开拓男科临床诊疗思路具有重要意义.%Through the physiological and pathological characteristics of lung's storing soul,controlling respiration,controlling dispersing outward and inwards,connecting all vessels,combining with modern medical physiology and pathology's related content,this article analyzed the relevant theories of lung and impotence in Huangdi Neijing.It was believed that there was a close relationship between the lung and impotence as well as the treatment from the perspective of both traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.At the same time,it was believed that it was great significant to have a deeper understanding and master of Chinese medicine theory,to explore ideas of clinical diagnosis and treatment of andrology department by reviewing the classics.
