前列腺癌组织中血管生成拟态形成的分子通路研究进展

摘要

血管生成拟态(vasculogenic mimicry,VM)是近年来发现的一种肿瘤血液供应的新方式,随着研究的深入,正受到越来越多的关注.前列腺癌组织中亦发现有VM的存在,其形成可能与通路HIF-1 α→VEGFα→EphA2→MMPs→Laminin5 γ2→VM有关.本文综述了近几年国内外对该通路中相关因子的研究进展,为下一步前列腺癌VM的基础研究提供思路.%Vasculogenic mimicry (VM) is a new way of tumor blood supply discovered in recent years.With the in-depth research,VM is attracting more and more attention.Prostate cancer is also found in the presence of VM,and its formation may be related to the molecular pathway ofHIF-1α→VEGFα→EphA2→MMPs→Laminin5γ2→VM.This paper reviews the research progress in recent years at domestic and abroad on the pathway of the related factors,providing ideas for further research on VM in prostate cancer.
