HPV感染不同分类及其对MSM有关不良结局的影响

摘要

Persistent infection of human papilloma virus (HPV) among men who have sex with men (MSM),especially the persistent infection of high-risk type HPV,can cause verruca acuminata,anal cancer,penile cancer,oral cancer and other adverse outcome.HPV infection among MSM can be divided into low-risk type or high-risk type HPV infection according to infection type,transient or persistent HPV infection according to infection duration,single or multiple HPV infection according to infection number.It can provide reference to control and prevent HPV infection among MSM through understanding the division and evidence of the above several kinds of classification,and analyzing the relationship between each other and the impact of adverse outcome caused by them and exploring the emphasis of the investigation on the population in the future.%男男性行为人群(MSM)持续感染人乳头瘤病毒(HPV),尤其是高危型HPV的持续感染,将导致尖锐湿疣、肛门癌、阴茎癌、口腔癌等不良结局.MSM感染HPV后,按感染型别可分为低危型或高危型HPV感染,按感染时间可分为一过性或持续性HPV感染,按感染数量可分为单一型或多重型HPV感染;明确以上几种类别的划分依据,分析不同分类间的关系及对MSM有关不良结局的影响,探讨今后对该人群开展调查的关注点,对MSM人群HPV感染控制及预防提供参考.
