介入放射学科管理者的角色研究

摘要

介入放射学(IR)是一门发展迅猛、作用显著的医学分支学科,在为病人提供高质量的医疗服务中起着重要的作用.介入放射学的学科发展依靠于教学、科研和临床服务三方面的有效结合和协同促进,以及应用一套系统、全面的策略和规划去指导学科的长远发展、扩大和成熟.介入放射科的部门管理者在学科发展过程中起着基本和关键作用.他们为介入放射学的教学、科研和临床服务这三大学科使命提供基础支持,并促进介入放射治疗科室部门的成功发展.在这一过程中,管理者担任着五种重要的角色:领导与工作规划;组织设计与发展;人事管理;财务管理以及计划与资源获取.在行政决策层其他决策人员的协助下,管理者引导并支持着整个部门全面向前发展.%Interventional Radiology(IR)is a fast growing and enabling medical subspecialty that plays a significant role in providing quality patient care.IR's academic development utilizes the synergy developed by the effective integration of education,research and clinical service and requires an integrated and balanced approach to programmatic development and growth.The Academic Department Administrator plays a pivotal and essential role in the growth and development 0f the interventional radiology department.They provide the foundation to support the three main academic mission areas and play a key role in the success of the department.The administrator plays five key roles:leadership and program development,organizational design and development,persormel management,departmental oversight and plan and acquire resources. In conjunction with the executive faculty leadership the administrator leads and supports the department as a whole.
