目的 探讨病例组合指数(CMI)能否用于临床护理单元的风险评估.方法 利用问卷调查法对全院43个有病区的护理单元风险情况进行专家评分,其中包含16个外科系统护理单元,15个内科系统护理单元,7个中医系统护理单元,并对专家评分结果与科室CMI值的相关性做统计学分析.结果 各护理单元的CMI值与专家评分结果具有较强的相关性(r=0.69,P<0.05).外科、内科系统中两组数据均具有相关性(r=0.716,P<0.05;r=0.643,P<0.05),中医系统中两组数据无相关性(r=0.572,P>0.05).结论 CMI可以作为护理单元动态风险评估的参考依据.%Objective To explore the feasibility to apply case mix index ( CMI) in risk assessment of clinical nursing units. Methods Questionnaire was designed and used to evaluate risk ratings for 43 nursing units with wards, with the survey results subject to expert scoring. The units consisted of 16 in surgical system, 15 in internal medicine, and 7 in traditional Chinese medicine system. Statistical method was used to analyze the correlation of the expert scoring and CMI. Results The CMI of nursing units and expert scoring results had strong correlation (r=0. 69, P<0. 05). Two groups of data in surgical system and internal medicine system were highly correlated (r= 0. 716, P<0. 05; r= 0. 643, P<0. 05 respectively), while the two groups of data in traditional Chinese medicine system had no correlation (r=0. 572, P>0. 05). Conclusions CMI can be used as a reference for dynamic risk assessment of nursing units.
