Objective To investigate the perfusion features of pancreatic carcinoma in by using contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)and the correlation between quantitative parameters and tumor micro vessel density(MVD).Methods 27 patients underwent CEUS with pathologically confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinoma,quantitative time-intensity curves(TICs)and parameters were obtained.Pathologic specimens were prepared with immunohistochemical staining to evaluate tumor MVD.Then parameters were analyzed correlatively with MVD.Results TICs parameters were compared between lesions and parenchyma:difference between maximum intensity(IMAX),rise time(RT)and time to peak(TTP)of two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).IMAX of lesions positively correlated with their MVD(r=0.426,P<0.05).Conclusion CEUS might initially assess tumoral MVD of pancreatic carcinoma and it would be beneficial to apply an imaging method to assess neoangiogenesis.%目的 探讨胰腺癌超声造影的定量参数特征,分析定量参数与肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)的相关性.方法 对27例胰腺导管腺癌患者术前行超声造影检查,并对其动态图像进行定量分析,得出系列参数.对手术病理标本切片行免疫组织化学染色后计数MVD,并与各定量参数进行相关性分析.结果 对27例胰腺癌病灶与周围实质两组时间强度曲线参数进行比较显示:胰腺癌病灶峰值强度(IMAX)、上升时间、达峰时间均小于周围实质(均为P<0.05).胰腺癌病灶的MVD与IMAX呈正相关(r=0.426,P<0.05).结论 定量超声造影可以初步评估胰腺癌肿瘤MVD,从而评价病灶的血管生成情况.
