跟骨骨折术后伤口并发症相关因素的Logistic回归分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the risk factors for wound complication of Calcaneal fracture. Methods Clinical data of 91 cases of Calcaneal fracture treated with open reduction and internal fixation, who were admitted to the department of orthopedics from January 2013 to December 2015, were summarized retrospectively. Parameters such as level of preoperative albumin, Sanders classification, type of incision, intraoperative retractor way, bone grafting, operation time, method of suture, postoperative drainage were analyzed with binary Logistic regression. Results Higher preoperative albumin (＞30 g/L), shorter operation time (＜1.5 hours), Allgower-Donati suture method were significantly correlated with less wound complication (P＜0.05). Conclusion Maintaining albumin levels, shortening operation time and applying Allgower-Donati suture method may help reducing wound complication of Calcaneal fracture.%目的 探讨跟骨骨折术后伤口并发症相关因素.方法 回顾分析2013年01月—2015年12月行跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术91 例.选取术前白蛋白水平、Sanders分型、切口选择、术中拉钩方式、是否使用人工骨或异体骨植骨、手术时间、伤口缝合方式、术后是否引流作为相关因素.使用二元Logistic回归分析.结果术前白蛋白水平大于30 g/L,手术时间小于1.5 h,伤口缝合采用Allgower-Donati缝合方式可减少跟骨术后伤口并发症的发生,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 术前维持患者白蛋白水平,减少手术时间,使用Allgower-Donati缝合伤口,可减少跟骨骨折术后伤口并发症.
