The development of cardiovascular disease is often associated with abnormal hemostasis or thrombus formation.Estrogen plays an important role in the inhibition of thrombosis and to protect the cardiovascular system.So it is of great significance to explore the effects of estrogen on platelet activation and the expression of surface markers on platelet.We found that 17 (3 -estradiol can inhibit platelet adhesion on Collagen,and it significantly inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP and Collagen.lt can also inhibit the activation of the glycoprotein Ⅱb/ Ⅲa complex and P-selectin expression as well as inhibit PS externalization on platelet surface. However, 17 (3 -estradiol had little enhancement on platelet APLT activity and no significant effect on platelet pro-coagulant activity.%心血管疾病发展过程中,常伴随着止血功能异常或血栓形成.而雌激素在抑制血栓形成、保护心血管系统中发挥着重要作用.因此研究雌激素对血小板活化及血小板活化表面标志的影响有着重要意义.在试验中发现17β雌二醇能够抑制血小板与胶原的黏附,并显著抑制ADP和胶原诱导的血小板聚集.对血小板活化过程中标志如糖蛋白GPⅡb/Ⅲa的活化、P-selectin表达及血小板磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)的外翻也有显著抑制作用.而17β雌二醇对血小板APLT 的活性无明显的增强作用,对血小板的促凝血活性也无明显影响.
