苏南地区健康人群血清细胞角蛋白19片段参考区间的研究

摘要

目的 初步建立苏南地区健康人群血清细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)的参考区间.方法 采用化学发光微粒子免疫分析技术对953名健康体检者的血清CYFRA21-1水平进行检测,其中男478名,女475名,年龄19～77岁,平均(37.7±9.8)岁,并对结果进行统计学分析.结果 血清CYFRA21-1的总体参考区间为0～2.93 ng/mL.其中男性组为0～3.05 ng/mL,女性组为0～2.85 ng/mL,青年组(<45岁)为0～2.77 ng/mL,中老年组(≥45岁)为0～3.53 ng/mL.不同性别和不同年龄组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 苏南地区健康人群血清CYFRA21-1总体参考区间为0～2.93 ng/mL,应根据性别和年龄分别建立合理的CYFRA21-1参考区间.%Objective To establish the reference interval of serum cytokeratin-19 fragments (CYFRA21-1) for healthy population in South of Jiangsu area. Methods 953 of healthy human serum have been measured by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay technique for the concentration of CYFRA21-1. A total of 478 male and 475 female were included. The age range was 19 to 77 years old. The results were analyzed statistically. Results The overall reference interval of serum CYFRA21-1 was 0～2.93 ng/mL. The reference interval was 0～3.05 ng/mL in the male group and 0～2.85 ng/mL in the female group. The reference interval of the young group with age less than 45 years was 0～2.77 ng/mL, while the reference interval of the old group with age more than 45 years was 0～3.53 ng/mL. There were significant statistical differences (P<0.001) among different genders and different age groups. Conclusion The overall CYFRA21-1 reference interval was 0～2.93 ng/mL for healthy population in South of Jiangsu. Reasonable reference interval of CYFRA21-1 should be established according to different genders and different ages.
