山东省农村居民生活满意度影响因素的路径分析

摘要

目的 了解山东省农村居民满意度现况及其影响因素,为管理部门制定有针对性的措施提供依据.方法 按照分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取山东省青岛、潍坊、聊城3个地市作为研究现场调查1367个研究对象,利用自制调查问卷进行调查;采用SPSS 21.0对生活满意度进行描述性分析和Spearman相关,用Lisrel8.70进行验证性因素分析和影响因素路径分析.结果 人均月收入、家庭成员关系、精神健康状况、朋友数量对生活满意度产生直接效应,职业通过间接作用产生影响,文化程度、婚姻状况、身体健康状况通过直接作用和间接作用共同对生活满意度产生影响.结论 大力发展农村经济,提高农民的收入,改善农村居民的心身健康状况,对提高农民的生活满意度有重要意义.%Objective To understand the satisfaction degree and its influencing factors of rural residents in Shandong Province,so we can provide the basis for the management department to formulate specific measures.Methods In accordance with the method of stratified cluster random sampling,extracting 1367 ruler residents of Qingdao,Weifang and Liaocheng three cities in the research object with the self-made questionnaire investigation,and using spss21.0 to do descriptive analyze and Spearman correlation,Lisrel8.70 is used on confirmatory factor analysis and the related factors of path analysis.Results Per capita monthly income,familyrelationship,mental health and the number of friends can directly affect the life satisfaction.Occupation can influence it though indirect effects,and the level of education,marital status and body health can influent the life satisfaction through direct effects and indirect effects.Conclusion Improving the income of farmers and the physical and mental health of rural residents can improve the life satisfaction of farmers.
