基于省际面板分位数回归的中国城乡居民医疗保健支出影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the determinants of health care expenditure of urban and rural residents in China.Methods Examining the determinants of health care expenditure with the quantile regression for the provincial panel data from 2001 to 2014 in China.Results Income was positively associated with health care expenditure and its impact on rural residents' was greater than that of urban residents,and the marginal revenue of transfer income in rural areas was higher.The increase in health care price curbed the health expenditure of urban residents while the population aged 65 and over promotedit,yet their impact on the rural residents was not significant.All factors held various impacts in different quantile.Conclusion The above mentioned factors held different impacts on cities and countryside in different provinces,so corresponding policy should be taken according to provincial condition.%目的 分析我国城乡居民医疗保健支出的影响因素.方法 利用2001-2014年我国27省区的面板数据,采用面板分位数回归模型对我国城乡居民医疗保健支出影响因素进行分析.结果 收入是促进居民医疗保健支出的重要因素,且对农村的影响大于城镇,转移性收入在农村中的边际收益更高,医疗保健价格上升抑制城镇居民医疗保健支出,65岁及以上人口比重促进城镇居民医疗保健支出,但两者对农村影响不显著,以上影响因素在不同分位数的作用大小具有明显差异.结论 不同省份城乡之间各影响因素对医疗保健支出的作用大小并不一致,应针对不同影响因素制定符合各自省情的调控政策.
