Objective To know the status of health knowledge and health behavior among students in Wanzhou rural area and to analyze the problem of health education work and to improve the level of life and health. Methods A questionnaire survey on awareness of health knowledge and behavior was conducted among students in Wanzhou rural area.850students from one high school and middle school and primary school were selected from May to June 2009. Results 843 students were surveyed. The overall awareness of knowledge was 72. 36％ ( 6100/8430 ), the awareness rate of knowledge of high school students was 69. 68％, the awareness rate of middle school students and pupils were 70. 20％ and 78.49％ respectively. The overall awareness rate of behavior was 79. 28％ (6683/8430). The rates of behavior among high school students, middle school students and pupils were 78. 15％, 79. 32％ and 80. 67％. Conclusion The awareness rate of health behavior is higher than knowledge. It is necessary to strengthen the health literacy and consciousness of students.%目的 了解三峡库区腹地--万州区农村中小学生健康知识与健康行为状况,分析农村中小学校健康教育工作中存在问题,倡导科学文明健康的生活方式,不断提高农村居民的健康水平和生活质量.方法 制定统一的"农村中小学生健康知识知晓率调查表"与"农村中小学生健康行为形成率调查表".于2009年5～6月抽取万州区农村高级中学、初级中学、完全小学各1所,对其中850名学生进行健康知识与健康行为问卷调查.结果 共调查843人,10道健康知识总知晓率72.36%(6100/8430),其中高中生健康知识知晓率69.68%,初中生健康知识知晓率70.20%,小学生健康知识知晓率78.49%;10道健康行为总形成率79.28%(6683/8430),其中高中生健康行为形成率78.15%,初中生健康行为形成率79.32%,小学生健康行为形成率80.67%.结论 万州区农村中小学生健康行为形成率高于健康知识知晓率,且部分健康知识知晓情况较低,建议采取有效措施,不断增强农村中小学生健康素养与健康知识意识.
