综合护理干预对糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血糖血脂及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的：探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血糖血脂及生活质量的影响。方法将2010年6月—2013年6月来宁波市镇海龙赛医院内分泌科接受治疗的178例糖尿病合并高脂血症患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组89例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预。结果干预后，观察组空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、TG、TC 和 LDL-C 指标分别为（6．21±0．30）mmol／L、（7．43±0．89） mmol／L、（6．13±0．64）％、（5．11±0．70）mmol／L、（0．19±0．28）mmol／L 和（2．08±0．49）mmol／L，均低于干预前自身和干预后对照组（P ＜0．05）；干预后观察组正确服药（94．38％）、合理饮食（89．89％）、坚持运动（92．13％）、戒烟戒酒（75．28％）、情绪控制（78．65％）、定期复查（86．52％）和自我监控（92．13％）遵医行为形成率均高于对照组；干预后观察组生活质量总体得分为（92．31±8．99）分，高于干预前自身和干预后对照组得分（P ＜0．05）。结论综合护理干预可显著降低患者血糖血脂水平，提高患者遵医行为和生活质量，值得临床推广使用。%Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose,blood lipid and quality of life in diabetic patients with hyperlipemia.Methods 178 diabetic patients with hyperlipemia from June 2010 to June 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were trained with conven-tionality nursing.Patients in observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The blood glucose,blood lipid,compliance behavior and quality of life in control group and observation group was assessed.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin, TG,TC and LDL-C index in observation group were (6.21 ±0.30)mmol/L,(7.43 ±0.89)mmol/L,(6.13 ±0.64)%, (5.11 ±0.70)mmol/L, (0.19 ±0.28)mmol/L and (2.08 ±0.49)mmol/L,significantly improved than intervention before and the control group after intervention (P <0.05 ).The right medication (94.38%), a reasonable diet (89.89%),exercise (92.13%),to give up smoking and drinking (75.28%),emotional control (78.65%),periodic review (86.52%)and self monitoring compliance behavior forming rate (92.13%)after intervention in observation group were significantly improved than that of control group (P <0.05).The score of quality of life (92.31 ±8.99)after inter-vention in observation group significantly improved than before the intervention itself and the control group after intervention (P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce blood glucose and blood lipid,enhance compli-ance behavior and quality of life in diabetic patients with hyperlipemia.
