目的 了解江西省低档暗娼性病艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为及感染现状,为性病艾滋病的防治和干预提供科学依据.方法 采用分层抽样法,对江西省5个县区的低档暗娼人群进行问卷调查及血清学检测,采用95％ CI及相对数法对资料进行分析.结果 543例低档暗娼平均年龄为35.16岁,初中及以下文化程度占85.2％,艾防知识知晓率为92.3％,相关妇保知识知晓率为75.3％,相关性病知识知晓率为72.6％;如果客人不愿意使用安全套,55.2％的低档暗娟会“拒做生意”,23.0％选择同意;最近1次与客人发生性行为时安全套使用率为83.2％,最近1个月与客人发生性行为时安全套每次都使用率为70.7％;8项性病艾滋病干预服务接受5项及上者的干预服务率为28.9％,HIV、HCV和梅毒抗体检测阳性率分别为0.74％、0.18％和8.10％.结论 宜针对江西省低档暗娼特点、结合其需求,重点开发图文并茂的宣传材料,强化安全套使用说服技巧,加强同伴教育,提高干预服务覆盖率,有效遏制性病艾滋病的传播与蔓延.%Objective To understand the status quo of STD/AIDS related knowledge,attitudes,behaviors and infection among female sex workers (FSWs) in low-grade in Jiangxi Province,and provide scientific basis for prevention and intervention of STD/AIDS.Methods Using stratified sampling method,serological detection and questionnaire survey were conducted among low-grade FSWs in 5 counties of Jiangxi Province,the data were analyzed with 95％ CI method and relative number.Results The average age of 543 low-grade FSWs was 35.16 years old.The percentage of education level of junior high school and below accounted for 85.2％.The awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge was 92.3％,related knowledge rate of maternal health care was 75.3％,and related knowledge rate of STD was 72.6％.If the guest would not like to use condoms,55.2％ of low-grade FSWs would "refuse to do this business",23.0％ of them would "agree to do".The condom use rate in last sexual behavior with guests was 83.2％.Theconsist condom use rate in last month when sexual behavior was 70.7％.The intervention rate of receiving 5 and above among 8 STD/AIDS intervention services was 28.9％.The positive testing rates of HIV,HCV and syphilis antibody were 0.18％,0.74％,8.10％,respectively.Conclusion In order to improve the coverage rate of intervention services and induce the spread of STD/AIDS effectively,we should understand the characteristics of low-grade FSWs well,focus on the development of graphic promotional materials,and strengthen persuasion skills of condom use and peer education.
