甘肃省退牧还草工程的农户响应及其影响因素

摘要

通过实地调查,采用问卷、访谈式的环境社会学定性研究方法与列联表检验的定量分析方法相结合,研究甘肃省的退牧还草工程对农户的经济影响和农户对退牧还草工程的响应.结果表明:虽然退牧还草工程实施后环境改善效果显著,但是政府的补偿政策缺乏灵活性、补助标准偏低,农户生活水平下降,导致农户返牧的可能性极大,退牧还草政策不成功.%The effect of the grazing forbidden project on farm household economy and farm household response to grazing forbidden project were studied in Gansu province with environmental and sociological research methods combined with quantitative analysis method of contingency table estimation, such as on the spot investigation, questionnaire and talking. The results showed that: although the result of environ- ment improving is significant after the implementation of the grazing forbidden project, the decline of the farmer's living standard caused by lack of flexibility of the policy of government and the low compensation standard makes it great possibility for the household farmers back to the grazing, the policy of grazing for- bidden is unsuccessful.
