山毛豆对肉兔的亚慢性毒性试验研究

         

摘要

为了评定山毛豆(Tephrosia candida DC.)作为肉兔蛋白饲料的安全性及营养价值,进行了山毛豆鲜叶饲喂新西兰肉兔的亚慢性毒性试验,在肉兔的青料中添加0%、25%、50%、75%及100%的鲜草饲喂新西兰肉兔,对各组肉兔的采食、生长情况及脏器系数和血液学指标进行了观测.结果表明:(1)试验期间,肉兔活动正常,对照组和试验组都没有死亡;(2)试验组肉兔的各脏器无可见剖检病变,各脏器系数与对照组的差异不显著;(3)试验组肉兔的血液生理生化指标均位于正常值范围之内;(4)添加50%山毛豆鲜草适口性最好,肉兔日增重达到15.61±1.41g/只,与对照组差异显著,适合应用在实际生产中;(5)山毛豆可安全用作肉兔饲草.%In order to evaluate the security and nutrient value of tropical leguminous forage Tephrosia Candida DC. as a new kind of protein forage resource of rabbit, subchronic toxicity test of fresh leaves of Tephrosia Candida DC. to New Zealand rabbit was carried out. The control forage was Pennisetum pur-pureum usually used in northern China, and the rabbits were fed with diets containing 0%、25%、50%、 75% and 100% of fresh leaves of Tephrosia Candida DC. ,the intake condition,growth condition,organ co-efficient and blood indexes of rabbits were measured and analyzed. The results showed that: (1) In the course of the test,the rabbits acted normally and rabbits of both the control and test groups did not die. (2) there was no pathological change in viscera after rabbits of the test group were killed. Viscera coefficients of rabbit were not significantly different (P> 0. 05) between the control and test groups. (3) All the blood indexes of test groups were in the range of normal value. (4)The palatability of diet added with 50% Te-phrosia Candida DC. was the best,the average daily weight gain reached (15. 61±1. 41)/day per rabbit, which was significantly different compared with the control group, it could be applied in production. (5) Tephrosia Candida DC. could be safely used as rabbits' forage.
