水引发对不同贮藏年限纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子活力的影响

         

摘要

以自然条件下贮藏0~3年的纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子为材料,研究水引发对种子活力的影响.结果表明:(1)纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子活力随贮藏年限延长先增加后降低.贮藏1年种子的发芽率和活力最高,是新收获种子的3.78倍和6.34倍(P<0.01),此时种用价值最高.(2)随贮藏时间的延长,种子超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、可溶性蛋白含量呈先增加后降低趋势(P<0.05),而过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先降低后增加又降低趋势(P<0.05),种子可溶性糖含量呈下降趋势(P<0.05).(3)水引发可提高纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子的发芽率和活力,以新收获种子增幅最高(P<0.05),达93.54%和226%.(4)水引发后,种子可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量及POD、CAT活性均有所上升,SOD活性先降低后升高(P<0.05).(5)相关分析表明,纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子活力与SOD、CAT活性及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量呈正相关,与POD活性呈负相关.CAT活性及可溶性糖含量是影响水引发后种子活力的关键因素.%The net seeds of Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok stored for 0 to 3 years were selected as experimental materials and the effects of hydro-priming on the seed vigor of these materials were studied.The results showed that:(1)The seed vigor of Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok increased firstly and then decreased with the extension of storage time.The germination rate and vigor of the seeds stored for one year were 3.78 and 6.34 times of that of newly harvested seeds(P<0.01),then, the seed value was the highest at this time.(2)With the prolongation of storage time, the activities of SOD and CAT, the contents of soluble protein increased at first and then decreased (P<0.05), and the activities of POD increased at the beginning, then declined, and finally decreased, the content of soluble sugar showed downward trend.(3)Hydro-priming treatment for 24 hours could increase seed germination rate and the seed vigor of Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok, and the effects on the newly harvested seeds were the most significant, whose germination rates and vigor after hydro-priming treatment were respectively 93.54% and 226%, higher (P<0.05) than those before the treatment.(4)After hydro-priming treatment, the activities of POD and CAT, the contents of soluble protein and sugar all increased(P<0.05), while the activities of SOD increased firstly and then up (P<0.05).(5)The correlation analysis showed that the seed vigor of Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok was positively correlated with SOD, CAT activities, soluble sugar, soluble protein content, while was negatively correlated with POD activity.Moreover, CAT activity and soluble sugar content were the key factors affecting seed vigor after hydro-priming.
