补阳还五汤及拆方预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤兔一氧化氮和心肌酶的影响

             

摘要

目的 观察补阳还五汤及拆方对心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)兔NO和心肌酶的影响及保护机制.方法 40只兔随机分为5组:假手术组、模型组、补阳还五汤组、补气组、活血通络组.分别预处理1 W后,结扎左冠状动脉前降支建立MIRI模型.运用BL-420生物机能实验系统观察各组心电图的变化,测定各组兔血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、一氧化氮(NO)的含量.结果 与模型组比较,各用药组血清CK、LDH含量明显降低(P<0.01),血清NO的活性显著升高(P<0.01),且补阳还五汤组作用最明显(p<0.05).结论 补阳还五汤及拆方可增加血清NO的含量,减轻MIRI.%Objective To explore the protective mechanisms and the compatibility method of Buyanghuanwu decoction ( BHD) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury ( MIR1) by observing the effect on NO and myocardial enzyme. Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into five groups; sham, model, BHD, invigorate vital energy, promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction groups. After prerreated one week, models of MIR1 were established by ligating the branch of left coronary artery. The changes of electrocardiographic were observed, contents of creatine kinase (CK) , lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), NO in serum of each group were detected. Results Compared with the model group, the contents of serum CK and LDH in each treatment group were significantly decreased ( P <0. 01) , and the content of serum NO was significantly increased (P < 0. 01). And the effect of BHD was most obvious ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions BHD and divided-formulae can improve the contents of serum NO and lessen M1RI.
