心力衰竭大鼠不同时期血浆内皮素-1、降钙素基因相关肽及神经肽Y水平变化及益气温阳活血方对其影响

     

摘要

目的 探讨心力衰竭大鼠不同时期血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及神经肽Y(NPY)水平的变化及益气温阳活血方对其影响.方法 以阿霉素尾静脉注射造模;超声检测评价其心功能、应用放射免疫法检测血浆ET-1、CGRP、NPY水平在益气温阳活血方治疗前后的变化.结果 随着心衰的加重、心室重构形成,模型大鼠血浆ET-1、NPY水平则进性升高,而CGRP水平进行性降低,益气温阳活血方在心力衰竭的早期即可减少ET-1、NPY水平及升高CGRP水平.结论 益气温阳活血方通过影响ET-1、CGRP、NPY的水平,防止心室重塑,改善心脏功能;ET-1、CGRP、NPY可作为早期心衰预警标志物.%Objective To investigate the effects of decoction of yiqiwenyanghuoxueon endothelin (ET)-l, calcitoningene-relatedpeptide (CGRP) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) in the rats with heart failure. Methods The model rats with chronic heart failure (CHF) were injected with Adriamycin and treated with decoction of yiqiwenyanghuoxue, then ET-1, CGRP, NPY levels were detected by radioimmu-nity. Results Compared with control group, ET-1, NPY levels were significantly higher, but CGRP level was significantly lower in model group. Above changes in model rats were progressive with heart failure aggravating and myocardial remodeling. Yiqiwenyanghuoxue decoction could decrease ET-1 and NPY levels and increase CGFP levels in early CHF. Conclusions Decoction of yiqiwenyang-huoxue could prevent myocardial remodeling and improve heart function by regulating ET-1, CGRP and NPY levels. ET-1, CGRP and NPY could be the predictors in early heart failure.
