Objective To investigate the relationship between the systolic blood pressure (SBP) reference value of the health males and the climate factors in China, and provide basis to make SBP reference value. Methods 3 265 cases of SBP of China in 30 provinces collected. The multiple regression analysis and principal component analysis were used to estimate the SBP normal reference value, and the prediction model was obtained. Results The relationship between SBP reference value of the healthy males and climate factors had a significant correlation (F = 5. 891 , P = 0. 000). And the prediction function is : YSBP = 104. 211-0. 003 X1 + 0. 004 X2 + 0. 048 X4 ±6. 94. Conclusions There are significant relationships existed between the climate factors and the SBP reference value, and has certain regional distribution regularity.%目的 探讨我国男性收缩压参考值和气候因素之间的相关性,并为制定收缩压参考值的统一标准提供依据.方法 收集中国30个省份3 265例老年健康男性收缩压参考值,应用SPSS17.0统计分析软件,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究其与九项地理指标的关系.运用多元回归分析和主成分分析估计收缩压的正常参考值,得出不同的收缩压预测模型.结果 健康老年男性收缩压参考值与气候因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F =5.891,P =0.000).健康老年男性收缩压参考值的预测模型为:YSBP=104.211-0.003X1+0.004X2+0.048X4±6.94.结论 我国区域气候因素对我国男性人口血压健康影响效果明显,并有一定的地域分布规律性.
