乳腺癌组织中PARP－1及Caspase－3的表达水平及意义

摘要

Objective To study the expressions of PARP-1 and Caspase-3 in breast cancer tissues and the clinical value.Methods 60 cases of breast cancer patients were selected as observation group ( which were divided into early, middle and late levels according to the size of the tumor and spreading) and 30 cases healthy women as control group.The breast tissues were taken to measure the expressions of PARP-1 and Caspase-3.Results The expression of PARP-1 of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group;and inⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲgrade patients , PARP-1 levels was significantly increased gradually(P<0.01).The Caspase-3 level of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.01);the Caspase-3 levels of defferent grade patients had no obvious differences(P>0.05).Conclu-sions There is a close relationship between the levels of PARP-1, Caspase-3 and the occurrence and severity of breast cancer, and the con-dition of breast cancer could be determined through detecting PARP-1 and Caspase-3 levels.%目的：探讨乳腺组织中PARP－1及Caspase－3表达水平对于乳腺癌诊断与治疗的临床价值。方法60例乳腺癌患者作为观察组（根据肿瘤大小及癌细胞扩散情况，分为早期Ⅰ级32例；中期Ⅱ级17例；晚期Ⅲ级11例）以及30例良性病变的女性患者，取乳腺组织，分别测定其PARP－1、Caspase－3表达水平。结果观察组患者PARP－1水平明显高于对照组；且在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者中，PARP－1水平逐渐升高；差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。观察组患者 Caspase－3水平低于对照组（P＜0．01）；三级患者 Caspase－3水平无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论乳腺组织中 PARP－1、Caspase－3水平的变化与乳腺癌发生及严重程度有密切的关系，可以通过检测PARP－1、Caspase－3水平判断乳腺癌的病情，具有临床价值。
