江苏省某市6种重大疾病患者住院医疗费用

摘要

Objective To analyze the hospitalization medical expenses proportions of six kinds of major diseases in a city in Jiangsu Province ,in order to give advices to control the hospitalization medical expenses and improve the system of major diseases related recommen -dations.Methods The new grey relational analysis was adopted and 6 components of hospitalization expense of 2 518 patients with 6 major diseases were quantitatively analyzed by SPSS 19.0 .The major influencing factor of the expense was identified and the relationship between each factor and hospitalization expenses was calculated .Results Western medicine fees on the total cost of hospitalization was the largest , treatment fees ,inspection fees and traditional Chinese medicine costs were relatively small .Conclusions The results of new grey relational a-nalysis is close to the reality and the calculation is simple .It is reliable in analyzing the influencing factors of hospitalization expense propor-tions.%目的：通过对江苏省某市6种重大疾病患者住院医疗费用及其构成的分析，提出控制医疗费用、完善重大疾病制度的相关建议。方法抽取江苏省某市6种重大疾病共2518名患者的住院费用及构成的数据，运用SPSS19.0进行新灰色关联分析的定量分析，计算其构成与总费用的关联程度并进行排序。结果西药费对住院总费用影响最大，治疗费次之，检查费和中药费相对影响较小。结论利用新灰色关联法对重大疾病住院患者的分析步骤简单明了，易于理解，结果科学性强，方法可行性较高，操作较灵活，能为系统的发展态势提供量化分析。
