中国空巢老人领域研究现状及热点

摘要

目的 探讨国内空巢老人领域的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势.方法 采用文献计量学方法,以"中国知网"与"万方数据知识服务平台"为数据来源,应用可视化分析软件CiteSpaceⅢ,对国内已发表的有关"空巢老人"的文献进行整理与分析.结果 国内空巢老人领域的研究近年来呈快速增长趋势,受到各学者及科研机构的广泛关注.空巢老人的生活质量、心理健康和社会支持状况等为当下研究热点所在,各位学者对其养老模式的关注较为持续,新型居家养老与医养结合的研究正在兴起.团体辅导、体育锻炼干预、家庭医生服务等为促进空巢老人健康的有效措施.结论 加大对空巢老人的护理照顾投入、提高慢病防治、加强健康教育、保证其基本经济收入仍是今后关注热点所在.%Objective To understand the research status and grasp the research development and hotspots of empty-nest elderly study in China. Methods The method of bibliometric and CiteSpace III, a visualization analysis software, were employed to collect and ana-lyze the articles about empty-nest elderly, which were downloaded from "CNKI" and "WANFANG DATE". Results The amount of litera-tures concerning empty-nest elderly was on the rise, and the research in this field had received a widespread attention among researchers and institutes. "Quality of Life","Mental Health" and "Social Support" of empty-nest elderly were current hotspots of research on domestic empty-nest elderly;their"Pension Model" were received the most sustaining attention. The research on the"home-base care" and"Combi-nation of medical and health care" were rising. Group counseling, physical exercise intervention and family doctor service promoted the health of empty-nest elderly effectively. Conclusions It is still the focus of attention in the future to increase the investment of nursing for empty nesters, improve the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, strengthen health education and ensure their basic economic in-come.
