慢性应激对痴呆患者家属照顾者相关慢病风险的影响

摘要

Dementia care is a chronic stressor severely influencing on physical and mental health and social life of family caregivers.In the research field of dementia care,the studies are inadequate regarding to the influence of caregiving stress on physical and mental health,especially on the risk of suffering from common chronic disease of family caregivers.So far,the studies are mainly based on hypotheses associated with chronic stress-induced three perspectives,i.e.,excessive activation of sympathetic nervous system,endothelial injury,and excessive activation of pro-inflammatory and procoagulant factors.This paper summarizes the research progress from these three perspectives.%痴呆照顾是严重影响家属照顾者身心健康和社会生活的慢性应激过程.在痴呆照顾的研究领域,照顾相关慢性应激对家属照顾者身心健康,尤其是常见慢病风险的影响的研究非常有限.迄今为止的研究主要基于慢性应激所致的交感神经系统过度激活、内皮损伤和促炎促凝因子损害三方面.本文就这三方面的研究进展进行归纳总结.
