电刺激丘脑腹外侧核对运动皮质2区放电的影响

         

摘要

Objective To observe the local field potentials (LFP) in secondary motor cortex by stimulating the ventrolateral thalamus nucleus in rats with PD. Methods Eighteen adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group(n=6) and experiment group(n = 12). A rat PD model was established. LFP signals were colleced from the two groups and then from the experiment group after electrical stimulation. Their frequency sprectra and power density were analyzed with the MATLAB software. Results The LFP signals at 8—12 Hz were much more while those at 26 — 40 Hz were much less in experiment group than in control group after electrical stimulation(F<0. 05,P<0. 01). The LFP signals at 8—12 Hz and 13 — 25 Hz were much less while those at 26 — 40 Hz and 41—100 Hz were much more after electrical stimulation than before electrical stimulation(P<0. 05,P<0. 01). Conclusion Electrical ventrolateral thalamus nucleus stimulation can improve the abnormal discharge from secondary motor cortex in PD rats.%目的 通过刺激帕金森病(PD)大鼠丘脑腹外侧核,观察运动皮质2区局部场电位的改变.方法 选取成年雄性Wistar大鼠18只,随机分为对照组6只,实验组12只,实验组建立PD模型,采取信号后,实验组大鼠行电刺激,再采集信号,利用MATLAB软件进行频谱分析和功率谱密度分析.结果 与对照组比较,实验组大鼠电刺激前8~12 Hz频段频率信号显著升高,26~40 Hz频段频率信号显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01).与电刺激前比较,实验组大鼠电刺激后8~12 Hz和13~25 Hz频段频率信号显著降低,26~40 Hz和41~100 Hz频段信号显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 电刺激丘脑腹外侧核可以改善PD大鼠大脑运动皮质2区的异常放电.
