Objective:To investigate the nano-silver containing hydroxyapatite coated ceramic bracket's anti-microbial properties. Methods:Microplasm a spraying was chose to deposite the nano-silver containing hydroxyapatite coating, and the Agion concentration was exam ined by IC P-AESat 1、3、7、1 4、21days and the anti-bacterial effect were test by the coating film method.Results:Agion concentration increased with time and the release speed decreased with time, the structure became stable after 14 day, the anti-bacterial ratio was 99.9% . Conclusion: The nano-silver containing hydroxyapatite coating was proved to be an effective system for delivering silver ions and exhibit excellent anti-bacterial ability against streptococcus mutans. The coating could reduce the decalcification of enamel during the orthodontic treatment.%目的:研究纳米银羟基磷灰石涂层陶瓷托槽的抗菌特性。方法:采用微束等离子喷涂的方法制备纳米羟基磷灰石涂层,采用ICP-AES分析仪测量其第1、3、7、14、21d的银离子缓释量并用覆膜法进行抗变形链球菌测试。结果:银离子缓释量的随着时间的延长而增加,释放速度随时间的推移而减缓,第14d基本达到稳定,抗菌率达到99.9%。结论:纳米羟基磷灰石涂层缓释银离子能力好,并对变形链球菌有强烈抑制作用,可减少正畸过过程中牙釉质脱矿。
