不同粘接剂对椅旁CAD/CAM全瓷冠微渗漏及粘接强度的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To compare the microleakage and bonding efficiency of chair-side CAD/CAM with three resin cement.Methods:Molar teeth with no caries or defect extracted for periodontal disease were chosed.According to different resin cement,teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups:Group S(Superbond C&B group),Group R(Rely X Unicem group),Group K(Kerr Maxcem Elite group).The ceramic-dentin test specimens were fabricated,and after thermocycling experiment,the lenth of micro seepage and bonding efficiency were tested.Bond failure mode was observed by stereomicroscope.Result:There was no significant difference on lenth of microleakage in three groups(F=2.808,P=0.076).There was significant difference on bonding efficiency in three groups(F=24.768,P=0.000).The bonding efficiency of Group M and Group S were higher than that of Group R(P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference on bonding efficiency between Group S and Group K(P>0.05).There was significant difference on bond failure mode in three groups.The bond failure mode of Group S and Group K were distinguished from Group R(P< 0.0167),and there was no significant difference on bond failure mode between Group S and Group K(P>0.0167).Conclusion:The three groups of adhesives showed good resistance to microleakage,and there was no obvious difference.But Superbond C&B and Kerr Maxcem Elite are better than Rely X Unicem on bonding efficiency.So,the first two resin cement have better bonding efficiency for pulpless teeth,but still need more samples and clinical observation to confirm.%目的:比较不同粘接剂对椅旁CAD/CAM全瓷冠微渗漏及粘接强度的影响.方法:选取因牙周炎而拔除的无龋损磨牙,按照每组使用粘接剂的不同,随机分为三组,分别为S组(Superbond C&B组),R组(Rely X Unicem组),K组(Kerr Maxcem Elite组).分别制作全瓷冠试件及牙本质-全瓷联合体试件,对试件进行冷热循环实验,全瓷冠试件进行微渗漏实验,牙本质-全瓷联合体试件进行抗剪切强度实验,对各组微渗漏长度、抗剪切强度、粘接界面破坏形式进行统计分析.结果:三组间的微渗漏值无统计学差异(F=2.808,P=0.076).各组抗剪切强度之间存在统计学差异(F=24.768,P=0.000),进一步的组间两两比较结果显示,S组、K组均高于R组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05),S组与K组两者之间无统计学差异(P>0.05).三组粘接界面破坏形式之间存在统计学差异(x2=11.64,P=0.02),进一步的组间两两比较结果显示,S组、K组均与R组有统计学差异(P<0.0167),S组与K组两者之间无统计学差异(P>0.0167).结论:三组粘接剂都表现出了较好的抗微渗漏性,且无明显差异.但Superbond C&B、Kerr Maxcem Elite的抗剪切强度优于Rely X Unicem.对于全瓷冠的修复,应用前两者更能提高其粘接效果,但仍需更多的实验及长期临床效果观察来进一步证实.
