激光治疗种植体周围炎的应用及研究进展

摘要

Peri-implantitis refers to the inflammation of the soft and hard tissue around the oral implant,and the further development of the inflammation will lead to the loss of the surrounding bone tissue.It is a specific infection similar to chronic adult periodontitis.The inflammatory stimulation of soft tissue around implants,destruction of bone implant contact and absorption of bone tissue around impalnts have become an important reasons for loss of implants Under the condition of mastering indications,laser assisted surgical treatment can improve the treatment effect of peri-implantitis.This paper is to review the research and clinical application of common laser treatment ofperi-implantitis.%种植体周围炎是指发生于口腔种植体周围软硬组织的炎症性损害,炎症进一步发展会导致周围骨组织的丧失.是类似于慢性成人牙周炎的特异性感染.种植体周围软组织炎症刺激、种植体-骨结合破坏、周围骨组织吸收,已成为种植体脱落的重要原因.在掌握适应症的前提下,激光辅助手术治疗可提高种植体周围炎治疗效果.本文拟对临床常见激光治疗种植体周围炎的研究及临床应用作一综述.
