Ulcerative colitis ( UC) is a chronic non-specific inflammatory disease causing continuous and diffuse mucosal inflammation of the colon. Progress has been made in the clinical diagnosis, treatment and the related studies of the disease in recent years. New examination methods were invented, more extraintestinal manifestations were recognized, new susceptible factors and specific markers were identified, and mucosal healing concept was emphasized for clinical evaluation. Based on the "Consensus on Diagnosis and Management of Inflammatory Bowel Disease ( Guangzhou, 2012) " , an interpretation on the diagnosis of UC was made for helping the clinicians to improve their understanding of the new consensus.%溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种以结肠黏膜连续性、弥漫性炎症改变为特点的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病.近年来该病的诊治研究和临床诊治水平有了很大的进展和提高,如出现了更多的检查方法、对疾病多种肠外表现的认识、疾病易感因素和特异性标记物的鉴定、临床评价指标中黏膜愈合概念的深化等.本文对“炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见(2012年·广州)”中的UC诊断部分进行解读,以期加深临床医师对新共识的理解.
