门静脉系统血栓致全小肠坏死1例报道

摘要

门静脉系统血栓形成临床的发病率较低,致全小肠坏死的病例报道更罕见,临床病死率高,现通过1例门静脉系统血栓致全小肠坏死的病例报道,为临床医师在今后该疾病的诊疗及预防上提供一定的参考.%Portal vein thrombosis has relatively low incidence and case of total intestinal necrosis is rarely reported, it also has high clini-cal fatality rate. A case of total intestinal necrosis caused by portal vein thrombosis was reported to provide certain reference for clinicians in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this disease in the future.
