Objective To observe the changes of transport protein multidrug resistance-associated protein 2 ( MRP2) and nuclear factor kappa B ( NF-kB) in liver cells of obstructive jaundice rats and discuss the relationship of MRP2 with hyperbilirubinaemia and the activation of NF-kB. Methods Eighty healthy SD rats (weight 250 -300 g) were used in this experiment. Experimental rats were randomly divided into two groups: sham operation group ( SHAM group) and common bile duct ligation group (CBDL group). To establish a rat model of obstructive jaundice, the rats in SHAM group were only exposed the common bile duct, while the common bile duct was been cut off and ligated in CBDL group. The MRP2 and NF-I展开▼
