急诊小肠镜联合DSA诊断小肠间质瘤合并出血1例

摘要

小肠间质瘤常以消化道出血为首发症状,急诊小肠镜联合DSA诊治小肠间质瘤合并消化道出血,两者互为补充,是一种安全、有效的诊治方法.%The first common symptom of small intestinal stromal tumor was gastrointestinal bleeding. Emergency small intestinal endoscopy combined with digital subtraction angiography was effective in both diagnosis and treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding caused by small intestinal stromal tumor.
