核转录因子-κB(Nuclear Factor-Kappa B,NF-κB)是一种重要的转录因子,近年来的研究表明,在炎症反应、免疫反应及细胞凋亡中起重要作用,在肝缺血再灌注损伤过程中亦至关重要.现就NF-κB及其在肝缺血再灌注损伤过程中的作用机制作一综述.%Nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-ΚB) is a major transcription factor. Recent studies have shown that NF-KB plays a crucial role not only in inflammation, immune response and apoptosis, but also in the development and processing of pathological liver ischemia and reperfusion injury. This review focuses on its detailed mechanism.
