结核性腹膜炎诊断技术的研究进展

摘要

Tuberculous peritonitis has no specific clinical features,so currently in clinical its diagnosis is still more difficult,but in recent years along with imaging techniques,and endoscopic technology development,as well as flow cytometry,PCR and other new technologies to carry out,the rapid diagnosis of peritoneal tuberculosis,and the accuracy of diagnosis was improved,this review for its diagnosis related was summarized.%结核性腹膜炎(tuberculous peritonitis)因其临床表现无特异性,目前在临床诊断上仍较为困难,但近几年伴随着影像学技术、内窥镜技术的发展,以及流式细胞仪、PCR等新技术的开展,快速地推进了结核性腹膜炎诊断的发展进程,并提高了诊断的准确性,本文对其诊断技术进展作一综述.
