构造肝癌动物模型的研究进展

肝癌模型的构造是学者研究肝癌的发病机制、临床诊断以及治疗预后的重要一步。动物模型构造的效果直接影响了对肝癌的研究进展。近年来，学者对肝癌动物模型的构造有越来越多的探索，并且取得了很大的进展。本文探讨多种肝癌动物模型的构造方法，比较各种造模方法的利弊。%Establishment of hepatocellular carcinoma models is important for studies on pathogenesis, diagnosis and clinical treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.The effect of establishing models will influence the study of hepatocellular carcinoma.Recent years, more and more scholars have discussed how to create hepatocellular carcinoma models and have made great progress.In this article, various methods of establishing models were discussed and the differences a-mong those methods were compared.
