内镜逆行胰胆管造影术在良性胆管狭窄中的应用

摘要

随着内镜技术及设备的发展,消化内镜在临床工作中占据了举足轻重的地位.近年来,良性胆管狭窄(benign biliary stric-tures,BBS)已不再仅由外科治疗.内镜检查手段的更新、全覆膜金属支架的应用、新型可降解支架的研发,为BBS的诊断及治疗开启了新的领域.本文主要着眼于内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)在BBS中的应用.%With the development of technology and equipment of endoscopy, digestive endoscopy occupies a pivotal position in clinical work. Recent years,the treatment for benign biliary strictures(BBS) is not just surgery only. There are lots of new technology and equipments such as the updating of endoscopic examination means, application of fully cover metal stents. Research and development of the new biodegradable stents open up new areas for the diagnosis and treatment of BBS. This review focused on the use of the endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) for BBS.
