目的 探究胆囊癌患者行胆囊癌根治术后联合放疗对患者预后的影响.方法 选取2011年1月至2016年1月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院(河南省肿瘤医院)收治Navin分期Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者47例,其中28例术后未接受辅助治疗( NT组),19例术后行辅助放疗(RT组),分析两组患者总生存期及无病生存期.结果 两组术后无病生存期比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0. 014);NT组和RT组患者术后总生存期虽差异无统计学意义(P=0. 118),但RT组中位生存期(18. 4个月)要高于NT组(13. 8个月).结论 胆囊癌术后辅助放疗对Ⅱ、Ⅲ期胆囊癌患者长期预后有积极影响.%Objective To investigate the effects of radiotherapy after radical resection of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods Forty-seven patients with Navin Stage Ⅱand Ⅲgallbladder carcinoma admitted to He’nan Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2016 were assigned to the group including 28 patients not re-ceiving postoperative adjuvant therapy ( NT group) , or the group receiving postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy ( RT group) ; overall survival and disease-free survival were compared between two groups. Results There was statistically significant difference in postoperative disease-free survival between two groups ( P=0. 014) ; while there was no statisti-cally significant difference in postoperative overall survival between two groups ( P=0. 118) , the median survival was longer in the RT group (18. 4 months) than that in the NT group (13. 8 months). Conclusion Adjuvant radiotherapy after radical resection has positive effects on the long-term prognosis of patients with StageⅡandⅢgallbladder carcinoma.
