嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎的研究进展

摘要

嗜酸细胞性胃肠炎(eosinophilic gastroenteritis,EG)是一种少见的疾病,以大量嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophils, EOS)浸润胃肠道为特征,病因、机制尚不明确,因其浸润部位不同、临床表现多样,临床上易误诊、漏诊.主要依据病理活检中EOS浸润数量确诊,但目前病理诊断标准仍不规范.治疗主要以糖皮质激素类药物为主.本文通过对该病的病因、机制、流行病学、临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗方面作一概述,以提高临床医师对该病的认识及诊治水平.%Eosinophilic gastroenteritis (EG) is a rare gastrointnal disease characterized by eosinophils infiltration of gastrointestinal tract. EG has diversed clinical manifestations and is easily misdiagnosed. The diagnosis of EG primarily depends upon the demonstration of an increased number of eosinophils in the mucosal biopsy. However, Steroids are currently the mainstay of therapy. The etiology,epidemiology,manifestation,diagnosis and therapy associated with eo-sinophilic digestive disease were reviewed in order to improve and understand the disease.
