左旋氨氯地平联合饱和剂量他汀类药物治疗老年早期高血压的疗效及依从性研究

ObjectiveTo study efifcacy and compliance of amlodipine combined with saturation dose statin in treatment of elderly patients with early hypertension, and provide reference for clinical treatment.Method According to the random number table method, 124 elderly patients with early hypertension who conformed to the standards of the inclusion and exclusion in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected, and divided into observation group and control group. 61 cases in control group were treated by simple oral amlodipine, observation group of 63 patients based on control group, combined with saturation dose Lovastatin Tablets treatment. After 3 months of treatment, compared two groups of curative effect, treatment compliance and occurrence of adverse reactions.ResultAfter 3 months of treatment, blood pressure, pulse pressure, blood lipid levels in observation group were signiifcantly better than control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05); in observation group, 43 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 93.7%, signiifcantly better than control group (73.8%), the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05); the incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group was 4.8%, signiifcantly lower than control group (13.1%), the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05); treatment compliance in observation group was signiifcantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionAmlodipine combined with saturation dose statins can effectively reduce incidence rate of patients with blood lipid, blood pressure, pulse pressure and adverse reactions, and improve the patients compliance, is the ideal auxiliary medicine of elderly patients with early hypertension.%目的：研究左旋氨氯地平联合饱和剂量他汀类药物治疗老年早期高血压的疗效及依从性，为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法采用随机数表法将本院2011年1月至2013年12月收治的符合老年早期高血压纳入与排除标准的124例患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组61例患者单纯口服左旋氨氯地平治疗，观察组63例患者在对照组基础上联合饱和剂量洛伐他汀片治疗。治疗3个月后，对比分析两组疗效、患者治疗依从性及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3个月后，观察组患者血压、脉压差、血脂水平明显优于对照组，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）；观察组显效43例，有效16例，无效4例，总有效率为93.7%，明显优于对照组（73.8%），差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）；观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.8%，明显低于对照组（13.1%），差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗依从性明显高于对照组，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论左旋氨氯地平联合饱和剂量他汀类药物能有效降低患者血脂、血压、脉压差及不良反应发生率，提高患者治疗依从性，是老年早期高血压患者的理想辅助药物。
