目的：对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者内科治疗的临床疗效进行分析。方法随机选取2010年6月至2011年6月本院收治的COPD患者86例，在患者知情同意的基础上将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各43例。其中，对照组患者采取氨茶碱治疗，观察组患者采取氨茶碱联合多索茶碱治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效进行分析。结果对照组中34例患者临床治疗有效（79.07%），而观察组中41例患者临床治疗有效（95.35%），相较于对照组，观察组中COPD患者的临床疗效更佳，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05），并且在安全性方面，观察组共有3例患者发生不良反应，发生率为6.98%，与对照组的11例（25.58%）比较差异具有显著性（P＜0.01）。结论采取氨茶碱联合多索茶碱治疗COPD的临床疗效较好，且并发症发生率较低，具有一定的临床意义。%Objective Analyse the clinical treatment effeet of medical treatment in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method Randomly selected from June 2010 to June 2011, 86 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, on the basis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group, 43 cases each. Conclusion In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment, relative to the treated with aminophylline and aminophylline combined doxofylline treatment to make the patient's clinical treatment effect is good, and a lower incidence of complications, has good clinical signiifcance.
