大肠癌术后腹腔引流液中CEA、CA125和CA19-9的水平及其临床意义

摘要

目的：分析大肠癌术后腹腔引流液中癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原125（CA125）及糖类抗原19-9（CA19-9）的水平及其临床意义。方法选取本院2011年至2013年经手术治疗的71例大肠癌患者（观察组）以及38例肠道良性肿瘤手术治疗患者（对照组），取两组患者术后第1、2天的腹腔引流液，检测并对比分析两组患者腹腔引流液的CEA、CA125及CA19-9水平。结果观察组患者第1、2天的腹腔引流液CEA水平均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），但两组患者第1、2天的腹腔引流液CA125及CA19-9水平比较差异均无显著性（P＞0.05）。此外，观察组患者第1、2天的腹腔引流液CEA、CA125及CA19-9水平比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）；但对照组患者第2天的腹腔引流液CEA水平显著低于第1天（P＜0.05），且第2天的CA125水平高于第1天，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05），但第1、2天的CA19-9水平差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论 CA125及CA19-9水平与大肠癌病理特征无明显相关性，但CEA水平与大肠癌病理分期存在极大相关性，提示CEA水平是大肠癌分期、肿瘤转移的重要判断标志物。%ObjectiveTo analyze postoperative colorectal peritoneal drainage fluid carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) levels and its clinical signiifcance.MethodsSelected our hospital between 2011 to 2013 by the surgical treatment of 71 patients with colorectal cancer ( study group ) and 38 cases of benign intestinal surgery patients (control group), take the ifrst day and the second day postoperative intraperitoneal drainage, testing and comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with peritoneal drainage lfuid CEA, CA125 and CA19-9 levels.ResultsThe patients with peritoneal drainage day and the second day CEA levels were signiifcantly higher (P<0.05), but the two groups were the ifrst day and the second day peritoneal lfuid drainage CA125 and CA19-9 levels were not signiifcantly different (P>0.05). In addition, the observation group were the ifrst day and the second day peritoneal drainage lfuid CEA, CA125 and CA19-9 levels were no signiifcant differences (P>0.05); but the control group the sencond day peritoneal lfuid drainage in patients with CEA levels were signiifcantly lower than that of the ifrst day (P<0.05) and CA125 level was higher than the ifrst day, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05), but the difference between the ifrst CA19-9 levels day and the second day had no signiifcant (P>0.05).ConclusionCA125 and CA19-9 levels and pathological features of colorectal cancer was no signiifcant correlation, but CEA levels and the presence of colorectal cancer pathology staging huge correlation, suggested that CEA levels in colorectal cancer stage, tumor metastasis is important to determine markers.
