目的：探讨右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入麻醉对宫腔镜手术患者血流动力学指标及麻醉起效时间的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年9月至2015年9月本院妇科收治的98例行宫腔镜手术患者的临床资料，根据麻醉方式不同将入选患者分为对照组和研究组，每组各49例。对照组患者予生理盐水静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入麻醉，研究组患者予右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入麻醉。观察并比较两组患者麻醉诱导期间血流动力学指标、麻醉相关指标及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者麻醉期间心率、平均动脉压（MAP）、脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）均明显低于麻醉前（P＜0.05）。研究组患者泵注生理盐水/右美托咪后5分钟、意识消失时、置入喉罩后1分钟、置入喉罩后4分钟时的心率、MAP均显著低于泵注前（P＜0.05）；研究组患者麻醉诱导时间及苏醒时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05），镇静、清醒程度评分均明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）。研究组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论右美托咪定静脉泵注联合七氟烷吸入麻醉对宫腔镜手术患者循环系统影响较小，且麻醉诱导时间短，无严重不良反应发生。%ObjectiveTo explore the effect of dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on hemodynamics and onset time in hysteroscopic surgery.Method The clinical data of 98 patients who received hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2015 were retrospectively reviewed, according to the different methods of anesthesia they were divided into two groups, 49 cases in each group. Control group patients were given normal saline intravenous infusion combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesiam, study group patients were given dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia. The hemodynamic indexes, SpO2, and incidence of adverse reactions during the induction of general anesthesia were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultThere were significant comparative differences inMAP and HR between the two groups before and after anesthesia (P<0.05). Significant difference in overall indicators between the two groups was registered, and the incidence of adverse reaction in study group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).ConclusionDexmedetomidine intravenous infusion combined with sevoflurane inhalation induction produces has less harm to the circulation system of patients, with shorter anesthesia induction time, and less serious adverse reactions as well.
