等速肌力训练仪结合康复训练对脑血管疾病康复效果的评价

摘要

目的评价等速肌力训练仪结合康复训练对脑血管疾病的康复效果。方法将2013年8月至2015年2月本院收治的150例脑血管疾病急性期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各75例。对照组患者予以康复训练,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用等速肌力训练仪治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后14天美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(mRS)和功能独立性评价量表(FIM)评分,并观察治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后14天NIHSS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组患者NIHSS评分降低较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后14天mRS≤2分的患者比例及FIM评分均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),且治疗组增加较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应,无骨折、肌肉拉伤、肌肉疼痛、皮肤损伤、皮疹等不适,耐受性良好。结论等速肌力训练仪结合康复训练可改善急性脑血管疾病患者的预后,安全性良好。%ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic effects of isokinetic muscle strength training combined with rehabilitation therapy on cerebrovascular disease.Method150 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to February 2015 were randomly assigned into rehabilitation therapy plus isokinetic muscle strength training (treatment group,n=75) and rehabilitation therapy (control group,n=75). At baseline and 14 days after treatment, the degree of neurological deficit was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and daily living skills was assessed by modified Rankin Score (mRS) and Functional Independence Measure (FIM). Adverse reactions were observed during treatment period.ResultCompare to the baseline, NIHSS scores were decreased in both groups 14 days after treatment (P<0.05). Conversely both the numbers of patients whose mRS scores≤2 and FIM scores were increased in both groups. The decreases in NIHSS and the increases in both the numbers of patients whose mRS scores≤2 and FIM scores were more significant in treatment group than control group (P<0.05). Adverse reactions, such as fractures, muscle strain, muscle pain, skin lesions and rash were not observed in both groups.ConclusionIsokinetic muscle strength training combined with rehabilitation therapy can improve the outcome of acute cerebrovascular disease patients with good safety.
