肿瘤治疗与QT间期延长

摘要

With the development in health services and application of novel agents, cancer life has been significantly prolonged, and we have more and more cancer survivors. Consequently, cardiac toxicity related to cancer therapy is becoming an obvious problem for the survivors. QT interval prolongation led by cancer therapy can increase the risk of fatal arrhythmia such as Torsades de pointes. As cancer treatment and QT interval prolongation possess common risk factors, we aim to review the risk factors and clinical management of QT interval prolongation associated with cancer therapies.%医疗水平的进一步提高和新型药物的应用,使肿瘤患者的生存期明显延长,存活肿瘤患者明显增多.伴随而来的抗肿瘤治疗相关心脏毒性逐渐受到重视.其中,抗肿瘤治疗发生QT间期延长易导致尖端扭转型室性心动过速.肿瘤与QT间期延长之间存在很多相同的高危因素.本文针对肿瘤治疗对QT间期延长的影响因素及其临床管理进行综述.
