虹鳟精子的扫描和透射电镜观察

         

摘要

The ultrastructure of spermatozoon was observed in rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss under scanning and transmission electron microscopes. The spermatozoa were found to consist of two parts, a globe-like head containing nucleus and tail. There was no acrosome at the anterior end of the nucleus, whereas there was an implantation fossa, which was deep and inset the nucleus 1/3, at the posterior end of the nucleus filled with electron dense chromatin materials and contained irregularly netlike gap. The implantation fossa had centriolar complex consisted of proximal centriole, which was made up of nine triplets of pripheral microtubules, distal centriole, which was arranged at a right angle to each other, and sleeve, which was connected to the postenor of the nuc1eus. There were some mitochondria and vesicles in the sleeve. The thin and long tail had undulating and symmetrically arranging lateral fins, primarily the axoneme with typical mode1 of“9+2”. There were many vesicles outside the axoneme.%应用扫描和透射电镜观察虹鳟Oncorhynchus mykiss精子的形态和超微结构。虹鳟精子由头部和尾部组成。头部呈椭球形,主要结构是细胞核,核前端无顶体,后端有较深的植入窝,凹入细胞核的1/3,核中染色质致密,有不规则的网络状间隙,植入窝中有袖套和中心粒复合体。中心粒复合体主要由近端中心粒和远端中心粒构成,二者垂直分布,前者为典型的9组三联微管结构,后者向下延伸形成轴丝。袖套与细胞核后端相连,含有丰富的线粒体和囊泡;精子尾部细长,主要结构是轴丝,为典型的“9+2”微管结构,轴丝为许多囊泡包围,质膜向外突出两个侧鳍,侧鳍上下对称,但大小不同。
