外周血中Th17细胞和Treg细胞与子痫前期关系的meta分析

         

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the association between percentages of peripheral blood Th17 cells or Treg cells and prceclampsia.Methods:Publicized study articles of association between Th1 7 cells or Treg cells and preeclampsia were searched in PubMed database,Web of science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database and VIP Science from the inception of databases to March 1,2016.Two reviewers independently searched relevant literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted data and then evaluated the quality of the data using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) standard.All statistical tests were performed with RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 11 studies were included in this meta analysis,which included seven in Chinese and four articles in English,with a total of 266 pregnant women with preeclampsia and 266 healthy pregnant women.Articles quality assessment showed that the quality of 11 articles were good (NOS≥5).The results of the meta analysis showed that the percentage of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of pregnant women with preeclampsia was significant higher than that of healthy pregnant women[MD=1.41,95% CI (0.71,2.10)].However,the percentage of Treg cells in peripheral blood of pregnant women with preeclampsia was significant lower when compared with healthy pregnant women[MD=-1.54,95% CI 为(-1.75,-1.33)].Conclusion:The increased percentage of Th17 cells or decreased percentage of Treg cells in peripheral blood of pregnant women may correlate with preeclarnpsia.%目的:系统评价外周血中Th17细胞及Treg细胞与子痫前期的相关性,探讨两者数量变化与子痫前期发病的关系.方法:检索PubMed、Web of science、中国期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数字化期刊数据库和维普数据库中关于外周血中Th17细胞及Treg细胞数量变化与子痫前期关系的病例对照研究.检索时限均为建库至2016年3月1日.同时手工检索郑州大学图书馆馆藏的7种妇产科杂志和8种免疫学杂志,并对纳入文献的参考文献进行追索.由两名评价员按照纳入及排除标准分别对文献进行筛选、资料提取和质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入文献的相关数据进行meta分析.结果:共纳入11篇文献,其中中文文献7篇,英文文献4篇,共计266例子痫前期孕妇和266例健康孕妇.11篇文献纽卡斯尔渥太华量表质量评分均≥5分,质量较优.meta分析结果显示,子痫前期孕妇外周血中Th17细胞数量高于健康孕妇(MD=1.41,95% CI0.71~2.10)(P<0.0001);子痫前期孕妇外周血中Treg细胞数量低于健康孕妇(MD=-1.54,95% CI1.75~-1.33)(P<0.00001).结论:子痫前期孕妇外周血中Th17细胞数量增多以及Treg细胞数量减少与子痫前期的发病密切相关.
